Southern Star Pile Jackets are fiberglass reinforced cylinders (or other shapes) designed to be installed around bridge pilings in order to reinforce them and protect from the marine elements such as salt water and chemical pollutants.  These FRP jackets can be reused or left in place.  They can be used to encapsulate bridge forms to pour piles or, more often, to protect or repair existing piles.
